The piece begins with sheet glass layered together with delicate 1mm glass stringers, forming a precise, ribbon-like structure. After a series of carefully controlled kiln firings, the fused panel is cut into uniform squares and then repositioned into a dynamic, off-kilter pattern that feels both ordered and spontaneous.

What sets this particular work apart is the intentional substitution of several squares with textured, iridescent glass. The iridescence catches the eye, introducing a subtle shimmer that dances across the surface and accentuates the rich palette of the surrounding squares. The entire composition rests on a clean white base glass, which acts as a luminous canvas, amplifying the intensity of the multicolored elements and allowing the piece to glow from within.
