Passing Shapes - New Collection

The 'Passing Shapes' series explores the dynamic interplay of shape, line, and colour, yielding dramatic effects and a sense of movement. By experimenting with diverse colour combinations, I accentuate the unique design of each piece.

This collection marks a significant departure in my creative process, as I hand-cut glass strips and assemble the design within the kiln itself, before firing. The result is a truly bespoke artwork, often requiring multiple firings and selective cold-working techniques to achieve the desired effect. I'm eager to see how this innovative approach will continue to evolve and influence my studio practice.
