This large centrepiece bowl titled "Enclosures"
is from my collection, "From Above."
Crafted from sheet glass, the piece features delicate glass lustres that adorn its surface. Every individual fragment is meticulously hand-cut and then smoothed on a grinding wheel, ensuring each component meets the exacting standards of the design.
The result is a truly handmade work that captures and responds to light throughout the day. Depending on the hour, it can reflect a shimmering gleam across its surface or allow gentle transmitted light to pass through, casting beautiful, ever-changing patterns. This interplay of reflection and translucence gives "Enclosures" a dynamic presence that evolves with its environment.
